We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about what you bought.
But if the item you bought has major problem, you can choose a refund or exchange. A major problem is when the item:
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time or give you a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase – for example, your receipt.
Pillows, Mattress protectors, Quilts and Underlays are NOT exchangeable or refundable.

Click & Collect includes:
Port Lincoln & Eyre Peninsula postcodes between 5605 – 5635. The option to collect the items yourself or by family/ friends in store. Notify us who your collector is.
Add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal;
Select Afterpay as your payment method – you will then be redirected to Afterpay’s website to complete your transaction;
Register or login to your Afterpay account and confirm your payment.

To make a purchase using AFTERPAY you need:
An Australian Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card;
To be over 18 years of age;
Have an Australian residential address;
Agree to become a customer with Afterpay;
Have no more than 2 pre-existing purchases with Afterpay for the first six weeks after you have activated your account.
Thereafter transactions limits are based on your credit with your personal credit provider.
